Music and Health Project Officer

Andrea Junge is the Music Coordinator at GHD and is a passionate educator and artist. Andrea has volunteered around the world focusing on sexual and mental health, community building, and utilizing music as a tool to inspire, empower, and connect communities. Andrea specializes in working with children and adolescents in low/middle income countries.
 

Andrea has forged a career performing the piano, saxophone, and drums and is a recipient of several music scholarships and academic awards. Andrea has a BS in Public health with a Minor in music, and is currently pursuing her graduate degree in International Health at Charité Medical University in Berlin, Germany. In her spare time Andrea enjoys performing and writing music, outdoor sports, and learning about alternative healing.
