Annie Kiser

Co-Founder

Annie Kiser is the Co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of Global Health Disrupted. While wearing many hats, she also oversees GHD’s accounting, treasury, and investment objectives, insuring alignment with the organizations goals, core values, and growth trajectory. Additionally, Annie is a registered representative with an internationally recognized financial services firm.


Annie has a BA in English Literature from The University of San Francisco and a graduate degree in Public Health with an emphasis on Community and Behavioral Health from the University of Colorado. 
Before discovering Global Health and Social Entrepreneurship, Annie worked in marketing and development for Bay Area Wilderness Training, an Oakland based non-profit dedicated providing outdoor education for underserved youth. She also spent a year working for The National Outdoor Leadership School in Lander, Wyoming in the Alumni and Development Office before moving to Chilean Patagonia.


When reflecting on GHD, Annie is most excited about providing creative opportunities for people engaged in GHDs international network, who want to become engaged and inspired leaders in their communities. From an administrative point of view, Annie is passionate about the growing field of impact investing and implementing finance as a tool for social change in GHDs funding model.
